Join the Independence Business Alliance and the Montgomery County LGBT Business Council on October 26th for a special night of in-person LGBTQ+ networking at Bar Lucca in Conshocken, PA. The IBA provides opportunities, access and resources to LGBTQ+ professionals and allies in the Greater Philadelphia area. We promote economic development, growth, diversity and leadership in our region. The Mission of the Montgomery County LGBT Business Council is to create networking, social and business opportunities for LGBT business professionals and allies in Montgomery County.

The IBA looks forward to coming together with a similarly-aligned organization to network and support one another! Join us as we check in, see new faces, create new community, and explore options on how we tend to business during and post- COVID-19. We hope to see you there!

SAFETY MEASURES
Personal Responsibility:
We highly encourage all attendees to be vaccinated to attend IBA events. If for some reason, you’re not feeling well before this event and/or have any symptoms associated with COVID-19, please consider not coming to this event and instead joining us for events in the future when you feel better.
Masks:
We will have masks on hand if you forget yours at home! We will also have nametags in different colors denoting different levels of comfort with personal space.

Contact Tracing:
The IBA requires all attendees to submit their phone number and email address along with their name when arriving. In the case that an attendee of this event tests positive for COVID-19, the IBA will be in contact with all attendees in order to keep everyone as informed and safe as possible. To make this process go smoother, we strongly encourage folks who plan on attending the event to respond directly to this email with their name, email address, and phone number. We have some registrants who were registered by someone else - if you signed someone else up for the event, please forward this email and request to them.
