Due to weather, this event has been RESCHEDULED for April 4, 2018. Hope to see you there!

The IBA, Greater Philadelphia’s LGBT Chamber of Commerce, provides access, opportunities, and resources to LGBTQ and allied professionals throughout our region. The IBA’s WiB (Women in Business) Committee is hosting its signature annual event at PAFA, Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts to include food, drinks, and a dynamic and diverse panel discussion. The panel will be discussing the "State of Things" of women, queer, non-binary, and trans-identified people in business. It will be the kickoff to a larger series of discussions and workshops to build empowering corporate cultures and embolden women and minorities to speak out and be supported. Folks of all gender identities and expressions are welcome and encouraged to attend!

Panelists include:

Ronda Cavanagh, Diversity and Inclusion Specialist, Wawa, Inc.

Tiffanee D., Senior Diversity and Inclusion Officer, Central Intelligence Agency's Directorate of Digital Innovation

Amber Hikes, Executive Director, Office of LGBT Affairs, Office of Mayor Jim Kenney

Erica Windisch, CTO & Founder, IOpipe

Moderator: Diana Lu, Community Engagement Editor, PlanPhilly/WHYY

We hope you'll join us for this important conversation!
