Join the IBA for our monthly networking event, ConnX! Our October ConnX will be taking place at IBA Member business LaserPhilly in Northern Liberties! LaserPhilly is an independently owned gift shop and design studio where we craft and curate unusually clever giftable goods and provide quality custom laser cutting services for people and businesses. All attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a private shopping experience!

Joining the IBA for this event will be other members of the Diverse Chambers Coalition, which consists of the African American Chamber of Commerce for PA, NJ, and DE; Asian American Chamber of Commerce; and the Greater Philadelphia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

This event is also apart of MED Week 2024! Minority Enterprise Development (MED) Week, October 7-11, 2024

Philadelphia Minority Enterprise Development (MED) Week has celebrated minority enterprises in the region and efforts to grow minority businesses since 1984.

This year will mark the event’s 40th year! This year's MED Week theme is “Investing in the Future: 40 Years of Helping Minority Businesses Lead the Way” which will include a series of engaging events, activities and dynamic workshops to help support diverse minority businesses in Philadelphia. MED Week 2024’s sessions include contract opportunities, capacity-building activities and workshops to enable, empower, and grow minority businesses.

All are welcome to this FREE event! Whether you've been attending IBA events regularly, haven't been in a while, or are brand new to the IBA, we'd love to have you join us. Meet local business owners, employees, and other community stakeholders.
