Join the IBA at our monthly LGBTQ+ networking event ConnX on Tuesday, November 19th. This event is sponsored by KASHIYAMA the Smart Tailor, and will also be a clothing drive to benefit IBA member Career Wardrobe!
A SPECIAL NOTE: This ConnX is FREE to all. Our ConnX events are typically free for members and $15 for non-members. For this event, we are welcoming members and non-members alike and have no cover cost! In exchange for free entry, we are strongly encouraging attendees to bring a piece of clothing to donate to Career Wardrobe.
November's ConnX is sponsored by IBA member Quinn Quinsler and KASHIYAMA the Smart Tailor, who will graciously be providing beer and wine. KASHIYAMA will have mannequin looks to browse, along with all of their fabrics and customization options. KASHIYAMA will be having a raffle for a FREE suit (valued up to $800)! Additionally, they are offering a 20% discount off of any purchase to anyone who donates to Career Wardrobe!

About Career Wardrobe: Career Wardrobe is a nonprofit social enterprise based in Philadelphia that uses clothing and professional development to inspire change. Our services are designed to support people in transition: to employment, adulthood, or independence after trauma, abuse, or incarceration. Whether someone needs a suit for an interview, clothing to support their transition to independence or adulthood, or to affirm their gender identity, Career Wardrobe is here to help. With locations in Philadelphia, Delaware, and Bucks Counties, your donations support your community. Career Wardrobe is also open to the public with clothing priced to match any budget, and we accept referrals from 100 partner organizations to make shopping free for those that qualify.
***Donation needs: Career Wardrobe outfits people of all genders and accepts professional, casual, and formal attire for resale and service purposes. Donations should be in good condition and in style & season. We always need xsmall/small menswear and XL+ womenswear.
Location: 1430 Walnut Street WeWork, Philadelphia PA, 19102 – 2nd floor lounge and loft
This event is FREE for all. Bringing clothing donations is strongly encouraged.
