Join the IBA for an afternoon ERG Summit on November 20, 2024 at Jefferson Center! Elevate your impact--- Join us to connect and grow with LGBTQ+ ERG leaders and allies across the region!
This half day afternoon summit will focus on the development and networking for Philadelphia region LGBTQ+ aspiring or current ERG leaders and other LGBTQ+ community members that belong to other ERGs. There will be panel discussions, breakout sessions, and plenty of time to network with other ERG folks from the region.
